Agreement and the Credit Card Authorization Form and Fax your documents to us at 425-222-4993.
• 2 Night Deposit due at time of
booking for condos
• 3 Night Deposit for Vista Villa
• 3 Night Deposit for Holiday Bookings
Rental balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
Holiday balance is due by 10/1.
A Security Deposit of $1000 is required on all rentals to be held on Mastercard or Visa.
