Premium, Oceanfront & Extra Spacious Groundfloor 1 Bed/1 Bath, Sleeps 4

Ok, so my family and I have travelled to Maui many times and we've stayed at some nice places, but this condo was so nice and the view was so spectacular, I'm hesitant to even give a review here. Why? Well, I really don't want the secret to get out on this place.

Ok, so here goes: The customer service from Alicia and Karen along the way was ridiculous. They offered full concierge service and checked in just the right amount to make sure our stay was spectacular. They were kind, considerate and answered all our questions....

With that said, you may have questions (like I did) I hope to answer with some bullet points here to help you make your decision quickly:

1) Parking and Internet is included there are NO ridiculous hidden fees or surprise charges. Everything is upfront. I can't tell you how refreshing this.

2) You are right on the beach and the pool is directly to your right.

3) The property is located just past the end of the Kaanapali Beach trail. The trail is just close enough where you can walk 2 minutes and you're on it, but you're not directly on the trail so so you have much more privacy than other Kaanapali properties.

4) Did I mention they have a washer and dryer? Are you How awesome is that? No sitting around at a laundromat on the last day of your vacation

5) When you check in, you don't have to talk to anyone. You just head in, turn to the right, enter your last name and Licence Plate into the computer and you have a parking permit. Done.

6) There is no dedicated workout facility, but seriously, just go for a walk or run or anything.

7) I highly recommend working with Karen D, who was so kind setting up all sorts of fun activities for our family

8) There's a couch bed for your child if you have a family. Our son loved this and enjoyed his own private area with TV.

9) If you see this property is available, take it immediately. You won't regret it.

We had an amazing time! Condo was at a perfect location, everything we needed was supplied to us. Alicia and Pamela was amazing to work with. I will not look anywhere else to stay for our next visit, loved it here!

Our recent trip to Maui was absolutely incredible. We loved the location of the Mahana condos in Kaanapali and the unit had everything you’d want or need in a beach front getaway. The unit location within the complex was prime for us as it gave us perfectly easy right out the lanai to watch stunning sunsets, super close beach access daily or pool dips when we needed to escape the heat. We were only a short drive from several stores for groceries and delicious local food spots as well as conveniently located to get to other areas of the island for a short drive in either direction. Parking was very convenient and the actual unit itself was well furnished with a very comfortable king sized bed. The decorations were very welcoming and got us right in the vacation mindset the minute we walked through the door on our first night. Alicia the property manager made everything about the rental process so easy and seamless. She was attentive, accessible and there to help. We had no issues during our stay but again appreciated the check ins to see how our trip was going. We are already planning when our next trip back to Hawaii will be and would definitely recommend to anyone looking at their next trip to Maui stay at Manaha 111 you will not be disappointed.

Large corner unit with everything we needed and more! For a vacation rental, the kitchen is HUGE. We spent two weeks to celebrate Christmas and New Years and had all the space and supplies needed for our holiday cooking. The grounds of the condo are gorgeous and we loved the proximity to the pool and BBQs. Highly recommend!

Overall the location cannot be beat.

Condo was wonderful and had everything you need. Very clean and well maintained.

My only negative comment is the furniture is a old school Hawaiian ( a little dated).
